Here is the list of ingredients that will be used in the upcoming show. I’ve tried to pick foods that hold a particular food memory and are personal to me in some way. I will also be visiting an asian supermarket over the weekend and buying all the familiar goods I love but don’t know the names of. I hope this adds an element of experimentation and unknowing with certain foods and their combinations.

Due to my limited budget I will be buying as much as I can afford but and having never done anything like this before I’m unsure of how long the experience will last for. It may last and hour or a slap dash 20 minutes, we will see…
