On Framing and Frames

A frame is a chair for the works to sit on/in.  These are the works who demand an edge of a horizontal surface and finally sit on the pedestal.

When it comes to visual arts, a frame is a gap between reality and virtuality. Sometimes people emphasize the edge of the medium to give the audience an illusion. A hand put on a frame, a gaze towards the camera, two dimensions intervents three dimensions.
